My report is stuck or not generating
What to do if your Strength Report gets stuck in the Analyzing state.
Report generation usually takes under two minutes. If your case has been in the Analyzing state for more than five minutes, something may have gone wrong.
Step 1: Refresh the page
The report status updates automatically, but a stale browser tab can sometimes show an outdated state. Refresh the page and wait 30 seconds.
Step 2: Check your internet connection
Report generation requires a stable internet connection. If your connection dropped during the process, the report may not have completed.
Step 3: Check your credit balance
If you are on the Essential plan, confirm you have a report credit available. Go to Settings and open the Plans tab. If your credit was consumed by a previous failed generation, contact support (see below) and we will investigate.
Step 4: Try regenerating (Pro and Agency only)
Pro and Agency users can click Regenerate report on the Report tab to trigger a fresh generation. This does not consume an extra credit.
Step 5: Contact support
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, email support@migraiq.com with:
- Your case ID (visible in the URL when the case is open)
- The approximate time you triggered generation
- A description of what you see on screen
We will investigate and resolve the issue, and restore your credit if it was consumed by a failed generation.
