The Document Pack is a comprehensive, AI-written application brief that you use alongside your documents when submitting or attending your visa interview. Think of it as a professional presentation of your case that makes it easy for an officer to understand your situation at a glance.

What the Document Pack contains

1. Cover letter

A formal opening letter that introduces your application, states your purpose of travel, and confirms your intention to return home. It is written to match your specific situation based on your intake answers.

2. Evidence index

A structured table listing every document in your application, its status (uploaded, missing, waived), and the file names you have provided. Officers use this as a reference guide to locate specific documents quickly.

3. Document explanations

For each document in your checklist, the pack includes a short explanation of what the document is, why it is relevant to your application, and quality tips to ensure the officer finds it credible.

4. Submission checklist

A final checklist of action items to complete before submitting your application.

5. Home ties analysis

This section examines how strong your ties to your home country appear based on your intake answers. Ties are rated as Strong, Moderate, or Weak, and the section provides a talking point you can use if asked about your plans to return home.

6. Financial narrative

A summary of your financial situation, including document tips for presenting your finances clearly, red flag warnings about anything that might raise concerns, and a suggested talking point for financial questions during an interview.

7. Travel credibility

Based on your travel history, this section rates how credible your travel record looks to an officer. It includes tips on how to leverage previous travel experience and a talking point for travel-related questions.

8. Risk mitigations

A list of identified risks in your application, each with a severity rating (High, Medium, or Low), a mitigation strategy explaining what you can do to address it, and a list of any additional documents that could help.

9. Interview preparation

A set of likely interview questions tailored to your application, together with suggested answers based on your intake responses. Also includes key messages to convey during the interview.

How to use the Document Pack

  1. Read through the entire pack before your interview or submission date.
  2. Use the risk mitigations section to identify any remaining documents you should obtain.
  3. Practise the interview questions and answers until your responses feel natural.
  4. Bring a printed copy of the evidence index to your interview so you can locate documents quickly if asked.
  5. If you are on the Pro or Agency plan, download the PDF and print it for your records.

Can I download the pack as a PDF?

Yes, Pro and Agency users can download a merged PDF of the Document Pack. The PDF is generated by combining your Document Pack content with your eligible uploaded files. Certain document types (passport bio page, photos, forms, fee receipts) are excluded from the merged PDF for privacy and formatting reasons.

How long does the pack last?

  • Essential: 90 days from the date of generation.
  • Pro and Agency: The pack does not expire.
