How to share your report with someone else
How Agency users can generate a shareable link to a client Strength Report.
Agency plan users can share a case Strength Report with a client using a secure, token-based link. The client can view the report in a browser without creating a MigraIQ account.
How to generate a share link
- Open the case whose report you want to share.
- Navigate to the Report tab.
- Click the Share button near the top of the page.
- Copy the generated link and send it to your client by email or message.
What does the client see?
The client sees the full Strength Report including the score, written assessment, and section breakdowns. If you have configured agency branding in Settings, the report will display your firm name, logo, and tagline instead of the MigraIQ branding.
Can the link expire?
Yes. You can set an expiry date when generating the share token. After the expiry date, the link will no longer work and the client will see an error page. If you do not set an expiry, the link remains active indefinitely (or until you revoke it).
Who can generate share links?
Share links are available on the Agency plan only. If you are on Free, Essential, or Pro, this feature is not available.
Is the shared report secure?
The share link uses a unique token that cannot be guessed. Only someone with the exact link can access the report. MigraIQ does not index share links or make them publicly discoverable. That said, treat the link as sensitive. Do not post it publicly.
