How to view your invoices and payment history
Where to find receipts for your MigraIQ payments.
Finding your invoices
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Scroll down to the Payment history section.
You will see a list of your most recent invoices and one-time charges, including the date, amount, and payment status.
Downloading a receipt
Click the Download or View invoice button next to any payment in the list. This opens a Stripe-hosted invoice page where you can download a PDF receipt for your records.
What if a payment is missing from the list?
Payments made before MigraIQ switched to its current billing system may not appear in the invoices list. In that case, check the Charges section below the invoices list, which shows older one-time payments. If you still cannot find a payment, email support@migraiq.com with the approximate date and amount and we will locate it for you.
Payment status meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment was successful |
| Open | Invoice was issued but payment has not been collected yet |
| Void | Invoice was cancelled |
| Uncollectible | Payment failed and will not be retried |
Updating your payment method
- Go to Settings and open the Billing tab.
- Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
- In the portal, click Update payment method and enter your new card details.
Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.
