Report credits are the currency that unlocks the full Strength Report and Document Pack for Essential plan users. Here is everything you need to know.

What counts as using a credit?

Generating your first Strength Report for a case uses one credit. The Document Pack for the same case is included in that same credit at no additional cost. So one credit covers both the report and the pack for a single case.

How many credits do I get?

PlanCredits
Free0 (score preview only)
Essential1 (one-time purchase)
ProUnlimited
AgencyUnlimited

Can credits be refunded?

No. Once a report has been generated, the credit is consumed and cannot be recovered. Make sure your documents are as complete as possible before generating your report for the first time.

What if I run out of credits?

If you are on the Essential plan and have used your one credit, you have two options:

  1. Upgrade to Pro: This gives you unlimited reports and packs with no expiry, plus PDF downloads.
  2. Purchase a new Essential: If you only need one more application, a second Essential purchase may be sufficient.

Can I use my credit on a different case?

A credit is consumed when you generate a report, regardless of which case it is for. On the Essential plan, you have one active case and one credit, so the mapping is straightforward.

Can Pro and Agency users run out of credits?

No. Pro and Agency plans have unlimited report generation. You can regenerate your report as many times as you like, for example after uploading new documents or resolving Signals.

Where can I see my credit balance?

Your current credit balance is visible in two places:

  • Dashboard: A plan status strip shows your plan name and remaining credits.
  • Settings: Go to Settings and open the Plans tab for a full breakdown of your entitlement.
