How to manage your email notifications
Which email notifications MigraIQ sends and how to turn them on or off.

MigraIQ sends email notifications to keep you updated when important events happen on your cases.
Available notifications
| Notification | When it is sent |
|---|---|
| Report ready | Your Strength Report has been generated |
| Pack ready | Your Document Pack has been generated |
Turning notifications on or off
- Go to Settings and open the Notifications tab.
- Toggle the switch next to each notification type.
Note: Email notifications for Report Ready and Pack Ready are available on the Pro and Agency plans only. On the Free and Essential plans, the toggles are shown but disabled. In-app notifications (visible in the notification bell in the top bar) are available on all plans regardless of these settings.
Marketing emails
If you want to opt out of product updates and marketing emails from MigraIQ, scroll to the bottom of the Notifications tab and toggle off the marketing email setting.
